After a long wait, our FNR frames are now ready for sale. FNR frames are designed and developed in Sydney. The designer at FNR has been developing the frame since 2014. FNR started as a business in 2017 mainly catering to upgrades and repair services. During these times, we have noted all the pain points in building and maintaining the bikes.

As we gain experience, and after 8th pre-production samples, we finally came up with a beautifully designed frameset. Our Ti frames are all internal cabling. Whilst assembly process is harder for this, the frame was designed to have less cable maintenance. Both electronic and mechanical shifting can be accommodated. With the full cable mechanical run, the maintenance is easy as only the internal brake/shift cables need to be changed on normal servicing. Hydraulic brakes and electronic shifting are even easier to maintain.

We also would like to emphasize the use of UDH rear derailleur hanger. This is available in almost all bike shop around the world. This arrangement is also capable of directly mounting latest SRAM AXS derailleurs directly to the frame for the best shifting available today. Shimano direct mount hanger (UDH version) is also available using the wheels manufacturing aftermarket UDH/Shimano hanger.

Head tube takes 52mm bearings for top and bottom. These bearings are standard and cost effective. These bearings are commonly used for headsets, so you will not experience any problem sourcing this part in the future.

T47/68mm bottom bracket shell is bulky and spacious. Cable routing inside the frame is made easier by accessing the huge cable management pit at the bottom. We chose the 68mm width for maximum crankset compatibility.

Seat post is 27.2mm. The most used round seat post in the world for old and modern bikes. This ensures that finding and fitting your most favourite brand of seat post will not be a problem. 27.2mm also provides compliance compared to any bigger diametre seat post our in the market today.

Our manufacturing partner in China produces thousands of titanium frameset every month. They are supporting us with a lifetime warranty of the frames for the first owner. This factory produces one of the best welds on Titanium bike frames in the world.

Please message us before the purchase to confirm if your desired frame finish is still available for the size you are buying. Thank you!

A Guiding Light for Aspiring Astral Travelers
Format: Kindle
I've been fascinated by astral travel since I was a young man—back in my day, we called it Transcendental Meditation—and I've tried countless methods, only to doze off! However, Astral Projection for Beginners: Guide to Mastering Astral Travel & Out-Of-Body Experiences for Optimal Living by Sophia Grace has truly rekindled my interest. This book presents a wealth of practical advice and easy-to-follow techniques that make the mysterious art of astral projection seem possible and achievable. Sophia Grace skillfully breaks down complex concepts into bite-sized, accessible steps, allowing even sceptics like me to understand the process without getting lost in technical jargon. The author also delves into the benefits of exploring life beyond our physical realm, emphasising the power of positive thought and disciplined meditation. While I still fall asleep sometimes, the book's clear guidance and refreshing perspective give me renewed hope—and plenty of reasons to keep trying. Whether you're a seasoned spiritual explorer or a curious beginner, this guide is a fantastic resource. If nothing else, it's a great way to drift off into a peaceful slumber!

This book is great!
Format: Hardcover
I bought this for a friend and it didn’t disappoint. It’s such a fun book! I’m definitely going to be borrowing it from her to make some of the recipes. The pictures are wonderful and the recipes don’t look overly complicated.

A Book I Wish I Had Back Then
Format: Paperback
This is EXACTLY the sort of book I wish I had available to me when I was ready to leave home. I was filled with all sorts of braggadocio and I knew everything I needed to get out the door..............and then was introduced to the 'school of hard knocks' From discovering how to budget and manage your money, to learning how to cook and eat healthy food, to figuring out how to start a career, this book has something to teach even the most well rounded youngster. These aren't in-depth discussions about every aspect of how to live your life, but these ARE a great starting point and with the knowledge provided here, and a little bit of common sense, you can survive early adulthood and move towards a more fulfilling life. Life is a series of learned events, usually set it motion through observing the people we respect, but not everyone can be everywhere at once and this book can and does fill in a bit of this and a bit of that, often inspiring a conversation that will provide more opportunities to share life lessons and avoid some of the bumps and bruises life has to offer. As a grandparent watching his oldest grandsons get ready to leave the nest, I found this book to be a helpful way to share my experiences in a way that goes well beyond "because I said so" and reaches into the 'how' and the 'why', even explaining the reasoning, all without seeming to meddle in their affairs. Unlike childhood where you can stomp your feet, declare 'that's not fair' and receive an immediate 'do-over', real life doesn't offer that and it's best to be prepared for what life is going to bring you. This book does that.
